You might see some scenes at the Hotel Saint Jacques, a 4 star hotel in the Latin quarter of Paris.
35, rue des Ecoles
This American movie is written and directed by the famous Roman Polanski, starring Harrison Ford and Emmanuelle Seigner.
This film is about a doctor who came to Paris for a conference with his wife who has disappeared from their hotel room. He starts investigating her dissapearance to discover what happened to his wife.
The hotel room mentioned is at the Le Grand Hotel, a 4 star hotel in the 9th district of Paris.
2, rue Scribe
French kiss (1995)
Romantic comedy film released in 2002 with main actors Meg Ryan and Kevin Kline.
Kat (Meg Ryan) has the idea that her fiance, on a trip to Paris, slept with another woman. Terrified by this idea, she flew to France. But she meets a guy on the plane that will change her life.
The two main actors don’t spend much time in Paris but the film does show the George V Hotel. It’s a 5 star hotel, located in the 8th district of Paris with some rooms offering spectacular views on the Eiffel Tower. This is one of the most luxurious hotels in Paris where lot of famous movie stars, athletes and artists stayed.

Amelie also known as “Le Fabuleux Destin d’Amélie Poulain” is a French movie with in the main role Audrey Tautou.
Amelie, a young waitress in a bar in Montmartre (Café des Deux Moulins), spends her time observing people and letting her imagination wander. She has set one goal in her life: to do good to those around her. She uses different strategies to intervene in their lives incognito.
You might see the Montmartre district with the Café des Deux Moulins in this movie – this cafe really exists!
No hotels are clearly visible in the film, but it’s shot really closed to the Terrass Hotel, a really nice 4 star hotel in the Montmartre district.

The Bourne Supremacy (2004)
In this supercharged thriller Oscar winner Matt Damon, ‘Jason Bourne’, goes on a search to discover his past. The support role is played by a character named Mary, played by German actress Franka Potente.
Hotel Regina in Paris is a key location in this film. It’s not only a stunning film set, it’s also a beautiful 4 star hotel centrally located in Paris.

La Vie en Rose (2007)
This famous French movie tells the dramatic story of Edith Piaf , the famous French singer and cultural icon. She spent her days singing in the streets of Paris, she rose from poverty to glory and became universally regarded as France’s greatest singer.
Edit Piaf is played by the beautiful Marion Cotillard, a well-known actress in France and now all over the world, thanks to her Oscar for Best Actress in 2008.
This film, just like “Amelie”, was set in the Montmartre district.
