We all know the comfortable, spacious and elegant rooms offered by hotels around the world, but I listed something completely different for you: have a look and be amazed by these most unusual places to stay!

Under the sea – Fiji Islands
The Poseidon Resorts, is certainly one of the most unusual and cool places to sleep.
This 5 star hotel is located in a private Fiji island, at 12 meters deep and it’s the first permanent underwater complex in the world.
The rooms have large windows, allowing a view of the exceptional marine life at any time of day. Imagine you fall asleep watching the fish dance around your room.
You will also discover another more unusual activity this hotel offers; drive your own mini submarine!
It’s not cheap, as you might have expected, but for this experience and the exceptional service, I’d say it’s more than worth visiting.

Hydropolis – Dubai
In Dubai you might find another Hotel under sea, called Hydropolis.
This hotel is the most luxurious submarine hotel in the world. It’s built on 260 hectares which is the same size as Hyde Park in London!
Hydropolis has 220 rooms at 66 feet under water, but there is more: the upper floor is reserved for the marine research laboratory, conference rooms and something really unusual – a cosmetic surgery clinic!
To discover all of this, you must have patience because the hotel was due to open in 2007, but it’s still not finished.

Here‘s a nice video to see how they will build it! I say: Amazing.

  9. As a result, companies are being advised not to commit more than 75% of
their requirement of advance purchasing of room nights at discounted corporate
rates. This helps in selecting a location that can optimize your trip to London. If you are staying in a hotel however,
you cannot cook food yourself. If you have children, you can never go wrong with this place.
